{terms & conditions} 1. Orders on ready stock:
FULL PAYMENT must be made to our account within 2 days before delivery of the item. If the balance is not paid within two days, then the reserved goods will be sold to another party.
2. Orders on Pre orders:
Pre orders must come with 50% deposit. No orders will be taken without any deposit.
After paying the deposit, balance payment must be paid within two days after the item is available. If the balance is not paid within two days, it'll be released to the rest once again.
Items will be mailed the next day after FULL PAYMENT is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Estimated to arrive within 5 working days.
For pre order, each batch will be open until given dateline(usually within 3 weeks). Right after dateline, we will make an order to our partners in LA & NY. The process, from ordering until the items reach to us (before we distribute to our customer) usually will take around 1 week depend on the availability of the stock. Below is the tracking of our latest purchase to show the estimate time of arrival from LA to Malaysia.
